The YUCO-CARRIER is a versatile micro-AUV designed to serve as a modular, ready-to-deploy platform for integrating third-party sensors, sondes, or autonomous systems. With robust navigation, onboard power and data handling capabilities, and an open architecture, YUCO-CARRIER enables users to deploy their own technology on a compact, fully autonomous AUV.
Ideal for coastal and lake monitoring, environmental research, and rapid prototyping, the YUCO-CARRIER transforms AUV accessibility by offering a reliable “payload taxi” with extended autonomy and flexible interface options.

• SubConn connectors for power supply and serial data communication

• Optional Extended Ethernet API for advanced two-way communication between payload and AUV

Extended API Integration
The Extended Ethernet API enables high-level communication between the YUCO-CARRIER and the embedded payload. The AUV can stream real-time data such as position, speed, attitude, and status, while the payload can issue mission requests (e.g. start/stop, mission step updates, or send sensor data back to the AUV).
This full-duplex functionality opens new possibilities for coordinated autonomy, making the YUCO-CARRIER an ideal development platform for cutting-edge sensor packages, AI modules, and advanced environmental monitoring systems.
